Bidding

Global Marine Liquidators has vessels for sale through the traditional brokerage process, and, many of our vessels are also offered in an auction format, open to bids. In listings available through auction, the suggested opening bid is published in the listing. Should you desire to make a bid on an auction, or offer for some other vessel, simply email us info@vinces.fi

In you email, please include the following information:

  1. Description of the Vessel Being Bid or Offer Upon
  2. Your Bid / Offer Price for the Vessel
  3. Your Legal Name of Record
  4. Your Physical Address
  5. Your Email Address
  6. Your Telephone Contact Number

Please note that since the asking or example prices are already very low compared to market prices, usually it is not worth bringing in very low offers. We encourage you to inspect the vessel before offering / bidding. Please note, a sea trial and survey require a deposit. We encourage you to contact a GML brokerage, convenient to you both geographically and linguistically, to arrange preview, and survey of vessels prior to bidding. Once your bid or offers is accepted, you will be notified, and we will start the contract, survey and closing process. Also, should your offer be rejected, the Seller may want to give you a counteroffer, which of course you are not obligated to accept. Vessels sold through "auction" are sold "as is, where is", unless specified differently in the published listing.

A Buyer should instruct his agents, and his surveyors, to investigate all such details of the vessel that is of the Buyer's concern. The vessels are offered subject to prior sale, price change, or withdrawal without notice. All vessels are offered "as-is" with no warranties or guarantees, neither expressed nor implied, unless otherwise specified in the published listing. Buyers' are solely responsible for doing their own due diligence on the vessel prior to submitting a bid for purchase.
