Bidding

Global Marine Liquidators has vessels for sale through the traditional brokerage process, and, many of our vessels are also offered in an auction format, open to bids. In listings available through auction, the suggested opening bid is published in the listing. Should you desire to make a bid on an auction vessel, simply email bid@globalmarineliquidators.com.

In you email, please include the following information:

  1. Description of the Vessel Being Bid Upon
  2. Your Bid Price for the Vessel
  3. Your Legal Name of Record
  4. Your Physical Address
  5. Your Email Address
  6. Your Telephone Contact Number

We encourage you to inspect the vessel before bidding. Please note, a sea trial and survey require a deposit. We encourage you to contact a GML brokerage, convenient to you both geographically and linguistically, to arrange preview, and survey of vessels prior to bidding. Once your bid is accepted, you will be notified, and we will start the contract and closing process. Also, should your offer be rejected, the Seller may want to give you a counteroffer, which of course you are not obligated to accept. Vessels sold through "auction" are sold "as is, where is", unless specified differently in the published listing.

A Buyer should instruct his agents, and his surveyors, to investigate all such details of the vessel that is of the Buyer's concern. The vessels are offered subject to prior sale, price change, or withdrawal without notice. All vessels are offered "as-is" with no warranties or guarantees, neither expressed nor implied, unless otherwise specified in the published listing. Buyers' are solely responsible for doing their own due diligence on the vessel prior to submitting a bid for purchase.
